Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using Tally ERP.
- Record, reconcile, and report all financial transactions.
- Oversee eCommerce order processing, returns, invoicing, and payments across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain records of inventory movement and update stock levels in Tally and eCommerce portals.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
- Communicate with customers and platforms regarding payments, returns, and reconciliations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Tally ERP (including inventory and GST modules).
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,237.11 - ₹30,000.00 per month
