We're Hiring

Accounts Executive- (Manufacturing - Woven PP Sacks)

Are you an experienced accountant with expertise in manufacturing accounting? Do you have hands-on experience in Tally, GST compliance, inventory management, for a woven PP sacks manufacturing company or any other manufacturing concern?

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets.

  • Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Provide financial guidance to other departments as needed.

  • Generate GST invoices and create E-way bills.

  • Manage Debit notes, credit notes, and invoicing in Tally PRIME.

  • Deduct TDS and TCS and make necessary challan payments.

  • Follow up with vendors and suppliers regarding payments.

  • Create summary reports and analysis using advanced Excel.

  • Handle documentation work related to financial transactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - CA INTER Preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Tally: 4 years (Preferred)
  • Overall: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Manufacturing Accounting: 4 years (Required)
