**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Procurement**:

- Source and procure CCTV, fire alarm systems, and networking materials.
- Manage vendor negotiations, quotations, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain procurement documentation and material tracking logs.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure material availability on time.

**Sales & Distribution**:

- Engage with B2B clients, understand requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotes, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Manage product distribution and ensure timely delivery to project locations.
- Support after-sales service and maintain long-term client relationships.

**Field Work & Site Support**:

- Visit project sites for execution coordination and quality checks.
- Assist in site surveys, installation follow-ups, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure all systems are properly installed, tagged, and configured.
- Provide daily/weekly progress updates and address any site-related issues.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Sound knowledge of CCTV, fire alarms, and network components.
- Experience in procurement and sales operations.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and support on-site execution.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electronics, IT, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in system integration, ELV, or infrastructure projects preferred.
