Job Title: Production Coordinator

Reports to: Production Head

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate production workflow, including scheduling, material allocation

2. Liaise with designers, wooden factory, metal factory, sales teams, and suppliers to ensure accurate communication and timely delivery of materials.

3. Manage production documentation

4. Monitor production progress, identifying and addressing any delays or issues.

5. Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and maintain quality standards.

6. Assist with inventory management, including tracking materials, hardware, and finished goods.

7. Maintain accurate records and reports, including production schedules, material usage, and quality control.

8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

**Requirements**:
1. 2-3 years of experience in a production coordination or similar role, preferably in the furniture industry.

2. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

5. Basic knowledge of furniture design, construction, and manufacturing processes.

6. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
