
Exhibition Sales Assistance

**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:
- Research and identify potential exhibitors by industry sector, market trends, and previous participation in similar events.
- Develop and maintain a database of leads, ensuring it is regularly updated and categorized.
**Sales Outreach**:
- Assist in crafting and sending sales pitches, proposals, and follow-up communications to potential exhibitors.
- Work closely with the sales team to track responses and update the sales pipeline accordingly.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with exhibitors, addressing their queries and providing necessary support.
- Ensure all exhibitor needs are met, including booth selection, customization options, and additional services.
**Exhibitor Onboarding**:
- Coordinate onboarding sessions to familiarize exhibitors with the event layout, schedule, and guidelines.
- Assist in the creation of exhibitor manuals, including setup instructions, deadlines, and event policies.
**Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Track sales performance and analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Prepare reports on exhibition sales progress, exhibitor engagement, and overall satisfaction.
