
Telesales Executive

**Job Summary**:
We're seeking at least 1 year experienced highly motivated Tele-sales Executive to generate leads, schedule demos, and drive sales for our software product.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote software product.
2. Generate leads, schedule demos, and follow up on interested prospects.
3. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
4. Research and qualify potential customers.
5. Build relationships with customers and identify business opportunities.
6. Provide product information, answer questions, and address concerns.
7. Update CRM system with call logs, lead status, and customer interactions.
8. Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
**Requirements**:
2. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
3. Understanding of software industry.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
6. Familiarity with CRM software.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
