**Roles and Responsibility**

Qualifications:

- Seasoned expert with working experience on developing Macros and BOTs using C, C++, VBA or SQL, financial business knowledge and functional expertise that has been developed over 7+ years and/or equivalent experience

Must have skills: [Skills that is mandatory]
- Overall Experience: 7-10 Years
- Relevant 3+ years (mandatory)
- Clear understanding and working experience on creating Macro or BOT using C, C++, VBA or SQL
- Gathering requirements, performing impact assessment of the current EUCs/ Macros and providing recommendations on the target state
- Document features and enablers in line with Agile methodologies and tools (ADO)
- Rewrite the EUCs/ Macros or BOT to fit target state and future operating model
- Working with the design teams to ensure that the requirements are understood and that the delivered design fulfils all of the requirements adequately.
- Financial Services Knowledge

Nice to Haves:

- Mainframe knowledge
- Financial Industry knowledge

Tasks & responsibilities
- Clear understanding and working experience on creating Macro or BOT using C, C++, VBA or SQL
- Gathering requirements, performing impact assessment of the current EUCs/ Macros and providing recommendations on the target state
- Document features and enablers in line with Agile methodologies and tools (ADO)
- Rewrite the EUCs/ Macros or BOT to fit target state and future operating model
- Working with the design teams to ensure that the requirements are understood and that the delivered design fulfils all of the requirements adequately
- Supporting the technology teams through the build and unit test activities to ensure that all requirements are understood
- Working with business teams to elicit input and support the planning and execution of user acceptance testing
- Supporting the test team through pre-acceptance testing, system testing and system integration testing
- Assisting with migration of EUCs, Macros or BOTS to new platform
- Carries out complex activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
- May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management
- More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas
- Delivers a work product that requires less revision
- Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions
- Experience of data analysis including data mapping
- Skills around usage of ADO, Miro, excel, PowerPoint, word, Visio, C, C++, VBA and SQL
- Strong communication skills, collaboration and stakeholder management
- Experience of working in a large multiyear global transformation project
- Ability to quickly interpret/decipher trends, identify early signs from available data and formulate effective strategies and actions in achieving program objectives.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change
- Having working experience on C, C++, VBA or SQL for more than 3+ years
