Left Right Mind is looking for a passionate UX talent for digital mediums such as mobile, web, watch & smart TV. At Left Right Mind, we take on projects that lie at the intersection of design & technology with the goal of creating simple, intuitive & empowering solutions for our clients. Our ‘design-led engineering’ process is critical to our success and our designers enjoy the sweet spot between clients, engineering & management teams.

The designer role is an all-encompassing one and includes a wide range of digital initiatives across web, mobile and embedded technology. It focuses on interaction design and is rounded with visual design & user experience design. Your work will

also likely include all of the things that go along with creating interactive experiences on digital mediums such as prototyping.

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for passionate individuals with a relentless appetite to learn and who fit the following characteristics:

- You are immensely interested in how humans interact with technology and love combining your curiosity about human behaviour with your ability to make things beautiful, engaging and fun via mobile apps, websites watch & tv apps.
- Meticulous attention to detail in creating pixel-perfect prototypes and delightful interactions
- An excellent eye for aesthetic design and a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and current market trends
- You can demonstrate skills in low & high-fidelity wireframing & information architecture
- Meticulous attention to detail in creating pixel-perfect prototypes and delightful interactions
- You are at an intermediate to expert skill level in the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator & Photoshop
- You are comfortable with prototyping tools such as Figma or XD. The technical fluency to understand limitations and communicate design ideas and intentions during development; a plus if you have front-end dev experience
- You are familiar with human interface guideline specifications relevant to iOS, Android & Responsive Web Platform
- You have 4+ years of relevant experience in UX designing
- You can seamlessly switch between designing solutions for consumer & enterprise
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - and the ability to clearly explain design decisions; experience with UX copywriting is a plus
- Bachelors/Masters in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
