Customer Relationship Management: Identify, Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects.

Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure effective communication of software features and benefits to customers. Sales Operations:
Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement sales processes and tools to streamline operations.

Forecasting and Reporting:
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular progress reports to senior management.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to boost the sales funnel.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and ensure that terms align with company policies and objectives.

Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute contracts.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
