We’re looking for a dynamic Cost Estimator to join our team and play a key role in the success of our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for tender submissions, ensuring competitive and viable pricing strategies. You will also play a vital role in providing proposals for the leads generated by our Sales and Business Development teams, contributing directly to the conversion of those leads into successful projects. Your expertise will be crucial in tender preparation, submissions, and ensuring our bids align with project goals and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage cost estimation for civil, structural, and interior works in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
- Thoroughly analyze tender documents to understand client expectations, deadlines, and submission requirements.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development (BD) teams to develop proposals for leads generated, ensuring that estimates align with client requirements and company objectives.
- Play a crucial role in lead conversion by ensuring competitive and accurate cost proposals for potential clients.
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and project costs based on detailed and manufacturing drawings, P&IDs.
- Develop cost estimates using both factorization and unit cost estimation techniques, ensuring accuracy for project bids.
- Support the Sales team by assessing pre-qualification requirements and aiding bid/no-bid decisions.
- Send Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to potential vendors and subcontractors, compare commercial bids, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Review vendor proposals, specifications, and drawings, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to analyze ongoing projects, assessing site conditions and productivity to refine cost estimations.
- Liaise with clients for drawing reviews, technical clarifications, and scope verification.
- Analyze and approve subcontractor bids, and evaluate both technical and commercial aspects of proposals.
- Organize project handover from Inquiry to Order (ITO) to Order to Remittance (OTR), ensuring smooth transitions.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum 3+ Years of Experience with strong knowledge of EPC project estimation, particularly within the construction industry.
- Experience with steel structures, civil works, and understanding of engineering codes such as BIS, ASME, API.
- Familiarity with LSTK (Lump Sum Turnkey) project management and site operations.
- Excellent analytical skills for cost breakdown and project profitability assessment.
- Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams and equipment layout plans.
- Strong communication skills for client interactions, bid presentations, and vendor negotiations.
- Proficiency in developing technical and commercial proposals, including project schedules and method statements.
- Ability to collaborate with Sales and BD teams to produce competitive and accurate proposals based on client needs.
