**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and optimize injection moulding production processes for efficiency, cycle time, and quality.
- Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of injection moulding machines and associated equipment.
- Collaborate with the tooling and maintenance teams for mould setup, changeover, and preventive maintenance.
- Implement and maintain process parameters for consistent product quality.
- Analyze production data and identify root causes of process or quality issues; implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the validation of new tools, machines, and materials.
- Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma) to reduce waste and improve productivity.
- Maintain production documentation and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work closely with the quality team for in-process inspections and audits.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 1-5 years of experience in injection moulding production (preferably in plastics or polymers industry).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
