**Job Description - Tool Room Engineer**

**Location**: Hosur Plant
**CTC**: Up to ₹30,000 per month
**Experience**: 2-5 years in Injection Moulding Tool Maintenance
**Gender**: Male Only

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of injection moulding tools to ensure smooth production operations.
- Troubleshoot and repair moulds, dies, and other tooling components to minimize downtime.
- Conduct periodic inspections and maintenance of moulds to enhance tool life and performance.
- Assist in the design, modification, and improvement of existing tools to optimize production efficiency.
- Maintain tool records, history, and documentation for maintenance activities.
- Operate conventional and CNC machining equipment for tool fabrication and repair.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices in tool handling and maintenance.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to address tool-related issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tooling components to avoid production delays.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Tool & Die Making, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in injection moulding tool maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of tool design, materials, and machining processes.
- Ability to operate lathe, milling, grinding, and other machining tools.
- Familiarity with mould assembly, fitting, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Good understanding of quality standards and safety regulations in tool room operations.
