**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular maintenance and repairs of injection moulds (2-plate, 3-plate, hot runner, etc.).
- Carry out preventive maintenance based on tool usage and production schedules.
- Inspect, polish, and clean mould components to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Identify and rectify tool wear, parting line mismatch, flash issues, and other tool-related defects.
- Support tool trials, first-off inspection, and tool validation for new moulds.
- Operate tool room machinery such as surface grinders, milling machines, lathes, EDM, and wire-cut.
- Maintain tool history records, maintenance logs, and spare part inventory.
- Assist in minor mould modifications and engineering changes (ECR/ECO).
- Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams to resolve mould-related issues.
- Follow safety and 5S practices in the tool room.

**Qualifications**:

- **Diploma in Tool & Die Making (NTTF / GTTC / CIPET / or equivalent)** or **Diploma in Mechanical Engineering** with tool room experience.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in injection mould tool maintenance and repair.
- Proficient in using conventional tool room machinery and measuring instruments (micrometer, dial gauge, etc.).

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
