**Work Duration**:
9:30 to 6:00 Monday to Saturday

**Probation Period**:
3 Months

**Job Location**:
Company’s Corporate Office at Shivranjani, Ahmedabad

**1. Data Sourcing and Management**
- Sourcing the data of construction sites from RERA Website.
- Maintaining the database of builders & architects on the internal templates of the organization.
- Prepare the site visit list for a month as per the recent data and requirements.

**2. Marketing through a site visit**
- Prepare the introductory file of documents as part of pre-sales preparation.
- Visit the site as per the list and have effective sales meetings to:

- Identify the client's need for our product.
- Position I-Cube as the best choice for the client.
- Note the timeline of the client's end for further follow-ups.

**3. Sales Proposals**
- Create the proposal from the client's requirement as per the directives from the CMO.
- Coordinate with the operations team to confirm the timeline.

**4. Sales Conversion**
- Schedule a meeting with the client of the CMO at an appropriate time to close the deal.
- Take continuous follow-ups as per the timeline.

**5. Handling IndiaMART**
- Daily Purchase of relevant leads.
- Follow up on generated leads and follow the sales process.

**6. Traveling Requirements**
- The majority (More than 75%) of work will be based in Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar. However, need to travel to the major cities of western India to meet potential clients as and when required.

**Eligibility**:
**1. Academic Requirements**: Graduate and Above (Preferred in Marketing Specialization)

**2. Skills Required**: Good Communication Skills, In-Person Presentation Skills, MS Office Proficiency

**3. Experience**: Between 1 to 5 Years in Marketing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹520,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
