**Job Title: Customer Support Executive (English and KANNADA Language) Company: Ebixcash Global Services Pvt. Ltd. Salary: 15,000 INR**

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally in both English and KANNADA languages.

Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding company products, services, and policies.

Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the company's products or services.

Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction.

Document and maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide the best possible support to customers.

Follow company guidelines and procedures while adhering to quality standards and service level agreements.

**Requirements**:
Proficiency in both English and Tamil languages (verbal and written) is essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers of diverse backgrounds.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

Patience and empathy in dealing with customer issues and complaints.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

Prior experience in a customer support role will be an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Banglore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
