Department: Operations & Services Function: Underwriting

Reporting to: GM / Cheif Manager Band:
Key Responsibilities:

- To ensure Closer of Case UW within the given TAT
- To ensure decision within the given Authority and also

approve in system (Life Asia/ Group Asia / AURA /SWIFT)
- Query Management
- Vendor Management
- Prepare and Publish MIS Measures of Performance: - Quality Scores/Errors - Underwriting TAT as per KPI - Feedback from stakeholders - Initiatives

Knowledge and skills desired : - Well groomed, should have good communication skills and should be able to speak one regional language compulsorily.
- Should have good public speaking skills, with an ability to communicate the requirements to the stakeholders.
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Training the other stake holders on Underwriting guidelines within the organisation
- High on achievements and should have strong domain skills in administering this role in accordance with the Organization expectation.
