Job Responsibilities:
High Level Scope
- Managing help desk and ticketing systems for tracking open tickets in the service desk ticketing system.
- Provision of Laptops using the Disk image methodology, security updates, and baseline security configuration.
- Coordinating with the service desk to identify and mitigate root cause issues pertaining to the IT infrastructure and systems.
- Working with internal auditors as auditee and providing supporting evidence and ensuring security fixes are done on priority. Security Management
- Implementing proactive, preventive and reactive security measures.
- Manage and monitor EDR solutions and check the effectiveness of EDR solutions in a proactive manner.
- Manage configuration Backup of critical devices such as firewalls and upgrade for security updates.
- Fix alerts generated by SOC Team for any anomalies and signals identified.
- Manage encryption on laptop/Desktops, and wipe laptops in case it is lost.
- Managing identity and access controls adhere to organizational security policies and industry-proven security best practices across the organization.
- Ensuring IT environments with sufficient redundancy and security protection against natural, internal, and external threats that may compromise information security and service availability. Service Desk Tasks
- Identify and diagnose issues and problems relating to Laptops.
- Maintain Inventory of IT Assets and Users/Group and critical devices for warranty.
- Coordinate with third-party laptop and network device suppliers.
- Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support.
- Configurations and network management of Firewall management.
- Monitoring network infrastructure health and traffic flows.
- Managing configuration changes and IT workloads.
- IT infrastructure management functions include configuring, managing, and delivering IT environments using on-site and remote locations.
- Managing software licensing and upgrades.
- Setting up and authorizing software, and hardware for new users.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
