**Post - Sales Representative**

**Location - Minto park ( Kolkata )**

**Salary - up to 30k +Incentives + Travelling allowances +pf +esic+ other benefits.**

**The applicant must have personal Vehicle ( Bike& License ).**

**Experience - min 1 year in sales.**

**Language known - Hindi, English & Bengali.**

**Qualification - Graduate.**

**Male /female both can apply.**

**Responsiblities : -**
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Schedule and accompany clients for site inspections, providing detailed information about the properties and addressing their questions and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations during client meetings, showcasing the benefits and features of our brokerage services.
- Present, promote, and sell brokerage services to clients, emphasizing the value proposition and addressing their specific needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Attend sales meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or brokerage industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data.
- Familiarity with financial concepts related to property investments, mortgages, and leasing.
- Flexibility to accommodate client meetings and site inspections.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
