**Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Strategy**: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Winntus Formwork products and services.

**Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.

**Brand Management**: Ensure consistent brand messaging and representation across all marketing materials and platforms.

**Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Utilize findings to adjust marketing strategies.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation activities.

**Event Coordination**: Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.

**Budget Management**: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient strategies and maximum return on investment.

**Content Creation**: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Adjust strategies based on data insights.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

**Experience**: Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy development. Experience in the construction industry is preferred.

**Creativity**: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop innovative and compelling marketing campaigns.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create persuasive and impactful marketing materials.

**Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

**Leadership Skills**: Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Adaptability**: Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
