**Job Overview**:
Seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join in Vishakapatnam. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, face-to-face environment and enjoys engaging directly with students, educational institutions, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving our brand presence and generating leads through on-the-ground marketing activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement field marketing strategies to promote study abroad services.
- Maintain Data and report on field marketing activities, including lead generation, event outcomes and feedback from potential clients.
- Conduct on-site visits to schools, colleges, and educational fairs to present our services and engage with potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts at educational institutions.
- Organize and host workshops, seminars, and informational sessions to attract students interested in studying abroad.
- Distribute marketing materials and ensure visibility at relevant locations and events.
- Gather and analyze feedback from field activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of field activities with overall marketing goals.
- Report on field marketing activities, including lead generation, event outcomes, and feedback from potential clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a field marketing or sales role, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a team player.

**What We Offer**:
Salary - 15-22K (According to Experience).
