**Insurance Coordination**: Verify patient insurance coverage, assist in insurance claims processing, and address any billing or insurance-related queries.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

**Compliance**: Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as organizational policies, ensuring patient confidentiality and data protection.

**Problem-Solving**: Address patient concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to relevant healthcare professionals when necessary.
