**Job Description**:
Position: Maintenance Technician (Electrical)

(For Street Light, Panel work, Cabling, Earthing etc.)

Location: Guwahati, Assam.

Salary Package: Negotiable

Job Role Overview:
A Maintenance Technician in the electrical field is responsible for overseeing the installation, execution, and maintenance of electrical systems at project sites. Effective communication with senior or project heads is crucial for ensuring that the work is carried out according to plans and specifications, and that any issues or challenges are addressed promptly. The Maintenance Engineer plays a key role in coordinating the activities of electricians and other workers, ensuring that the work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of the client.

Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician are given below:
1. **Planning and Coordination**: Work with maintenance and project managers to scheduled the work as per the complaints and coordinated effectively.

2. **Supervision**:Oversee the work, ensuring that they adhere to plans, specifications, and safety standards.

3. **Quality Control**: Ensure that all electrical work meets quality standards and complies with relevant regulations and codes.

4. **Safety Management**: Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and create a safe working environment.

5. **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve electrical problems that arise during execution or maintenance of the project.

6. **Communication**: Communicate regularly with supervisors and maintenance managers to provide updates on work progress, address concerns, and ensure that requirements are met.

7. **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of electrical work.

Qualification & Skills Required:
1. ITI Electrician or related field.

2. Minimum 2 years experience in the related field like Street Light, Panel work, Cabling, Earthing etc.

3. Basic knowledge of the related field.

4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform diagnostics and troubleshooting effectively.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.

6. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.

7. Dedication to upholding and adhering to stringent workplace safety standards and guidelines.

Pay: ₹8,244.82 - ₹30,961.88 per month
