Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Guwahati for a Field Technician. The Field Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of elevators and escalators. Daily tasks include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The technician will also engage in customer interactions, providing excellent service and support.

Qualifications

  • Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of elevators and escalators
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in lift machinery
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of safety standards and regulations
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications and training in lift technologies and safety procedures
  • Experience in a similar role in the elevator industry is a plus
