**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Office Administration & Operations**:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of important files.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain databases, records, and employee files.
**Finance & HR Support**:
- Assist with payroll processing and employee attendance tracking.
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding, leave management, and employee engagement.
- Maintain invoices, receipts, and petty cash transactions.
**Communication & Coordination**:
- Act as a point of contact between management, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate between different departments for seamless operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the relevant department.
