Administrative and Clerical Support Handle day-to-day back office operations such as data entry, filing, and document management. Draft, prepare, and edit official documents, letters, and reports. Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations when required. 2. Communication and Coordination Respond to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally. Coordinate with internal departments to relay information and follow up on tasks. Maintain communication with external vendors, clients, or service providers when required. Support managers and other team members by providing information and updates. 3. Data Management and Record Keeping Enter, verify, and manage data in spreadsheets or company software systems. Prepare regular reports and summaries for management review. Keep records of financial transactions, inventory logs, and operational statistics if applicable. 4. Operational Assistance Support the operations team in executing daily business functions smoothly. Assist in tracking project progress, orders, or service requests. Help monitor timelines and ensure tasks are completed as per deadlines. Assist in preparing operational documents and reports for internal and client use. 5. Technology and Software Usage Use MS Word for preparing and formatting documents. Operate email systems for internal and external communication. Use basic spreadsheet functions (MS Excel or Google Sheets) for data management. Adapt to company-specific software tools as part of training.Skills and Competencies: Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Word and email handling. Good typing skills and attention to detail. Average English – ability to read, write, and communicate at a basic professional level. Good communication skills in Hindi or the local language (English knowledge preferred). Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions accurately. Strong organizational and time management skills. Other Requirements: Willingness to work full-time during regular office hours. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
