**Job Specification - Officer - Sales**

**Job Title** : Officer - Sales

**Reporting to** : Sr. Manager - Sales /COO

**Location** : Bangalore

**Educational Qualification** : Any Degree

**Technical Qualification** : Computer knowledge

**Main Responsibilities**
- Identify and appoint suitable Distributors & Dealers in potential markets
- Establish and maintain healthy relationship with Distributors, Dealers & C&F
- Identify and develop new outlets for Company’s products
- Increase market share of each of the company’s products
- Update knowledge on competitors’ products, prices, schemes and volumes.
- Achieve company set sales targets of each of the products every month and as an annual basis
- Conduct proper merchandising activities
- Ensure collection of the receivables within the specified time limits
- Prompt and timely submission of MIS Reports and regular updation of online reports
- Suggestion on the introduction of new products in the market.
- Ensuring that procedures are followed in Sales returns and within the permitted time limit.
- Conduct promotional activities to increase product sale and brand awareness.
- Utilize sales promotional materials effectively and maintain them proper condition.

**Knowledge/Skills/experience**
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Sales (Home Appliances), preferably in Consumer Durables
- Knowledge and understanding of Sales/Mktng procedures and terminology
- Can produce and respond to written and oral communication independently.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent.
- Must be fluent in local language, besides English
- Age: between 25-40 years

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
