Warehouse Operations Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Order Processing**:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of order processing, from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth order handling and address any issues that arise during processing.
- **Conflict Resolution**:
- Assist in resolving conflicts between departments, customers, or suppliers, ensuring a smooth operational workflow.
- Act as a liaison to facilitate communication and find solutions to operational challenges.
- **Product Storage and Deployment**:
- Support the storage and deployment of products, ensuring inventory is well-organized and efficiently distributed to clients.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage logistics and ensure product availability.
- **Analyzing Performance Indicators**:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of operational processes.
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement based on performance data.
- **Improving Productivity and Efficiency**:
- Implement and refine organizational procedures to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Develop best practices for operations management, reducing waste, and optimizing workflows.
- **Data Analysis**:
- Analyze operational data to ensure smooth and effective functioning of all business processes.
- Use data insights to make recommendations and drive decision-making across operations.
- **Communication**:
- Facilitate effective communication within the organization to ensure alignment between different departments.
- Provide regular updates to management on operational performance and any issues that need resolution.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational processes, ensuring they are streamlined and effective.
- Work on automation and system improvements to reduce manual tasks and increase accuracy.
- **Vendor and Supplier Management**:
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
- Build strong relationships with external partners to support smooth operational activities.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in **Excel** and **MS Office**.
- Experience in operations management, order processing, or logistics is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is a plus.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
