Job Summary:
As a Format Innovation SME- Yoga at Cult.Fit, you will be responsible for driving innovation, creating exciting new yoga programs, and enhancing the overall yoga experience for our members. You will collaborate closely with the central team, as well as with fitness trainers, instructors, and technology experts to create unique and dynamic yoga formats that meet the needs and preferences of our diverse member base.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop new yoga formats: Research and create innovative yoga class formats that align with our brand and appeal to a diverse range of participants. These formats should cater to various levels of practitioners and address different fitness goals.

2. Taking Feedback: Work closely with Cult members and trainers to gather insights, understand participant preferences, and identify any gaps in current offerings. Take their feedback into account and incorporate it into the development of new formats for yoga classes.

3. Conduct market research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the yoga industry, research competitor offerings, and identify best practices. Use this knowledge to create unique yoga formats that differentiate Cult.Fit from the competition and attract more members.

4. Create class plans and materials: Develop comprehensive class plans, including sequencing, poses, modifications, and timing, for each new yoga format. Design informative and visually appealing materials, such as handouts or online resources, to support the instruction and practice of the new formats.

5. Train Yoga Instructors: Conduct training sessions to educate and train yoga instructors on the new formats, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver high-quality classes. Provide continuous support and guidance to instructors, fostering their growth and development as they adapt to the new yoga formats.

6. Monitor class performance and member feedback: Regularly evaluate the performance of new yoga formats by reviewing class attendance, member feedback, and any other relevant data. Make adjustments and refinements as needed to optimize class experience and meet member expectations.

7. Drive innovation and evolution: Actively contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement and evolution of all yoga offerings. Continuously explore opportunities for collaborations, workshops, special events, and other innovations that enhance the yoga experience for our members and attract new clientele.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a certified yoga instructor, with a solid understanding of different yoga styles and practices.
- Strong knowledge of the fitness industry, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Demonstrated ability to create and develop innovative fitness programs in a corporate or entrepreneurial setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with instructors, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to travel and work outside regular business hours when necessary.
