**Functions, Duties, Tasks**:

- In-depth knowledge and experience in document formatting (TIF images, hyperlinks, bookmarking and full text indexing,).
- Understanding of publishing processes, preferably for the animal health business.
- Collaborate in submission preparation and adhere to timelines.
- Ensure documents compliance and submission readiness.
- Able to work with document formatting tools (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Toolbox,).
- Adhere to company procedures and policies.
- Comply with all company local and global policies including Quality/Regulator frameworks, Code of Conduct, anti-discrimination, harassment, and health, safety and environment (HSE) policies.
- Perform any other duties or serve other capacities as may be determined by Company management.

**Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications)**:

- Experience in an appropriate technical discipline.
- Good knowledge about Regulatory Affairs.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Create a positive work environment.
- Good collaboration with team members and global teams.
- Work effectively and flexible within and across teams and external collaborations to achieve overall Elanco deliverables.
- Personal accountability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
