We are looking for a dedicated telecaller to join our offline center at Jayanagar - **WORK FROM OFFICE**. As a Telecaller, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and promote our services to potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about our products/services.
- Verify customer details and schedule appointments.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on leads and appointments.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English (Kannada and Hindi also, if possible)
- Prior experience in tele-calling/sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel & Word)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
