We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Online Bidder/Business Development Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and generating business for our website design and development company by bidding on various online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and opportunities through online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
- Prepare and submit proposals tailored to client requirements and project specifications.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand project scope and present realistic timelines.
- Negotiate terms, budgets, and timelines with clients to close deals.
- Maintain records of bids, client interactions, and project discussions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and client needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an **Online Bidder** or **Business Development Executive** in a website design and development company or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and create convincing proposals.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of web development, design, or software solutions (preferred).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
