**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a **world-class UI/UX Designer** who will translate marketing and GTM strategies into visually stunning, high-conversion digital experiences. You’ll work closely with our GTM Specialist, Marketing Manager, and Web Development team to design **website pages, campaign visuals, landing pages, and interactive content** that elevate the Auxiliobits brand and drive engagement.

This is a hands-on creative role — ideal for someone who combines strategic design thinking with flawless visual execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design intuitive, modern, and responsive **website and landing page layouts** aligned with campaign objectives.
- Create **visual assets** for marketing campaigns (social media creatives, infographics, banners, thumbnails, etc.).
- Collaborate with the GTM and content teams to turn ideas into **high-impact digital experiences**.
- Develop and maintain **UI/UX design systems** ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Conduct quick **user experience testing** and optimize for conversion and engagement.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure **pixel-perfect implementation** and brand fidelity.

**Requirements**:

- 3-6 years of UI/UX design experience in a SaaS or tech-driven organization.
- Strong proficiency with **Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools**.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile layouts.
- Excellent understanding of **user-centered design principles** and web interaction trends.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing design excellence.
- Exposure to **AI/automation or B2B enterprise technology** is a plus.
