**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand user requirements and translate them into interactive design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Design visually appealing UI elements (menus, buttons, icons, dashboards, etc.) consistent with brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of designs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging UI/UX practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience as a **UI/UX Designer** or similar role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-platform design standards.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,758.50 - ₹30,000.00 per month
