Job Title

Graphic Designer
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, UI/UX Design, or related field.

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience in designing PowerPoint presentations and Word documents.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Role
- Design and develop visual assets for Sprint Branding, digital, and multimedia platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and execute design solutions for marketing materials, presentations, and documentation.
- Utilize tools such as Canva, Figma, PowerPoint, and Word to create compelling UI/UX designs, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance user experiences and visual storytelling.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design tools and software (e.g., Figma).
- Knowledge of web design principles, responsive design, and mobile app development.
- Understanding of ux patterns and frameworks.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design and UI/UX projects.
- Ability to translate user requirements into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

**Salary**: ₹1.00 - ₹2.00 per month
