We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with targeted B2B prospects via outbound calls to introduce our services and schedule appointments for our senior team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to B2B prospects to professionally introduce our database services.
- Identify the correct decision-makers and assess their interest in our offerings.
- Schedule appointments or call-backs with interested prospects for senior representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointments in CRM or tracking sheets.
- Follow call scripts while ensuring a natural and engaging conversation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate appointment schedules and share prospect updates.
**Requirements**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with international professionals.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems or Excel for maintaining call records.
- Ability to follow call guidelines while adapting to conversation flow.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
