**Marketing Strategy & Planning**:

- Developing and executing marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products.
- Conducting market research and analyzing trends to inform strategies.
- Developing product positioning and messaging.
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- **Sales Support**:

- Providing sales teams with necessary technical expertise and training.
- Creating and delivering promotional materials (e.g., visual aids, literature).
- Coordinating sample distribution and managing promotional material stock.
- **Product Lifecycle Management**:

- Supporting product launches and post-marketing activities.
- Tracking and analyzing product performance and KPIs.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborating with sales, medical, and regulatory teams.
- Working with the design team for promotional material development.
- Partnering with the purchase team for gift input identification.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Maintaining records of Sales and YTD Growth.
- Preparing reports on sales, activities, and feedback.
- **Event Management**:

- Organizing and attending events for brand promotion.
- Preparing and dispatching promotional materials for events.

Typical Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in science, pharmacy, or a related field
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing is often required.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 9 per week
