**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and product sales.
- Identify and engage new clients, distributors, and retail partners to expand market reach.
- Maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Prepare and present sales and marketing reports with recommendations for improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduation and Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth understanding of the snack and namkeen market is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
