**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
- Manage client relationships by understanding their property needs and providing the best solutions.
- Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with potential buyers and investors.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets with consistency and determination.
- Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and competitor activities.
- Build a strong personal brand as a trusted real estate advisor.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales (real estate experience preferred, but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong networking ability and confidence in client interactions.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Minimum 1 years of sales experience (preferred).
