We are looking for an IT Trainer to prepare and conduct training courses on IT skills and proper computer usage. IT Trainer responsibilities include identifying educational needs, designing educational material and ensuring all students take basic computer training. If you know how to design engaging courses to explain technical procedures and best practices, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure employees develop their IT skills to keep our computer workstations secure.

**Responsibilities**
- To Train the students & Employees.
- Design technical manuals using simple language
- Conduct role-specific training on tools and programs each team uses daily
- Train new students on proper use of hardware and software
- Evaluate the effectiveness of each educational session
- Maintain updated records of training curriculum and materials

**Skills**
- Proven work experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer or similar role in Fullstack /JAVA /Python / Software Testing (Manal and Automation)
- Knowledge in Django, Data Science, ML, updated version will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with latest topics & platforms and modern educational techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly
- Graduate
- Additional certification in training is a plus.

**Job Types**: Contractual / Temporary, Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Python: 3 years (preferred)
- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)
- Total work experiance: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
