Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated Technical Trainer with a strong background in Java Fullstack development. The main responsibilities of this role include:
  • Instructing students on various computer science concepts, including C, C++, HTML, CSS, JAVA, JavaScript React, NJS, Python, MySQL, machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision.
  • Coaching students in Data Structures, Algorithms, AWS, and Azure (desirable).
  • Keeping records of grades, assessing projects, and performing other administrative duties as needed.
  • Creating projects to demonstrate student learnings.
  • Designing lesson plans and integrating competencies, goals, and objectives into them.
  • Collaborating with program coordinators to ensure initiatives are met.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
  • B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc. (IT, Electronics, Computer Engineering), or an equivalent bachelor's degree.
  • Previous work experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer, or similar role.
  • Good analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Programming, Design, and Computational Thinking.
  • Experience in designing technical course material.
  • Drive to constantly improve communication skills and the ability to explain technical terms plainly.
  • Additional certification in training (e.g., Certified Technical Trainer) is a plus.
  • Candidates with 6 months to 1 or 2 years of experience in IT teaching are preferred.
