**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, and videos) for social media platforms.
- **Platform Management**: Manage and oversee daily activity on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- **Audience Engagement**: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to foster community interaction.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and prepare reports on key insights and areas for improvement.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and user engagement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), strong written communication, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
