**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop engaging text, image, and video content tailored to each social media platform.
- Utilize generative AI tools to craft innovative posts and multimedia materials, enhancing content diversity and appeal.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, values, and marketing objectives.

**Generative AI Integration**:

- Implement AI-driven tools to automate content generation, such as creating graphics, writing captions, or producing short videos.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI technologies to continually enhance content quality and production efficiency.

**Community Engagement**:

- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly to foster a positive community.
- Encourage user-generated content and facilitate discussions to increase audience interaction and loyalty.

**Campaign Development and Execution**:

- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and implement social media campaigns that support broader marketing strategies.
- Schedule and publish content, ensuring optimal timing for audience reach and engagement.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion metrics.
- Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies and inform future initiatives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is often preferred.
