Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Coordinator based in Hyderabad. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing engaging social media content, executing social media marketing strategies, and monitoring online engagement. The role involves writing and editing copy, collaborating with the marketing team on digital campaigns, and analyzing metrics to optimize performance. The coordinator will play a key role in enhancing the online presence and brand identity of piHappiness.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
  • Proficiency in Communication and Writing
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies and tools
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and audience engagement
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in customer feedback platforms or similar industries is a plus
