**What you will be doing**:

- Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.
- Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems.

**What you bring**:

- 3 - 7 years of experience in: HPE Nonstop, TACL commands and Tandem for production support
Secondary Skills: Unix, SQL and Shell scripting
- Should have good experience in HPE nonstop and TACL
- Should have hands on experience on automation production support
- Should have good experience in handling incidents
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work in rotation shift
- 1week full night shift in a month
- ** shift timing**:

- Shift 1 (Morning Shift)
- 06:30 am IST - 03:30 pm IST
- Shift 2 (Afternoon Shift)-02:00 pm IST - 11:00 pm IST
- Shift 3 (Night Shift)
- 10:00 pm IST - 07:00 AM IST

This position is to provide 24x7 support as part of MPS -EPI Production Support Team
Shifts - 24x7 Rotational shifts
Key Skills - Unix, SQL, Shell Scripting
Secondary Skill Set : IST Switch / any Switch / Payments Product Knowledge and Batch Processing
