We are Hiring Freshers & Experience for Service Desk Management Profile for our Leading MNC.

LOCATION : KOLKATA / BANGALORE / GURGAON

JOB DESIGNATION : SERVICE DESK MANAGEMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Managing one or more customer service or service desk functions. Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services. Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self-service, and automated.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation is a must.
- Must have excellent Oral & Verbal communication Skill. (Without MTI || Neutral accent)
- All Fresher With excellent Verbal & Oral Communication is needed.
- 1 to 3 years experience in Voice Service Desk.
- Must be flexible to work in night shift.

3 Rounds of interview
- Screening over the call
- Versant
- Ops
- Must be able to clear all the above rounds.

**Benefits**:

- SALARY FOR FRESHER : Upto 20k CTC

SALARY FOR EXPERIENCE : Upto 24k - 31k CTC ( based on experience, interview & skill set)
