**Position: Injection Molding Operator**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Efficient production and ensure proper process parameters are used

Ensure daily production activities adhere to production schedules, quality standards, and delivery deadlines

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and quality concerns in a timely manner

Conduct regular inspections of injection molds to ensure proper functioning, cleanliness, and safety compliance

Maintenance of all injection molds and ensure they are in good conditions

Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in injection molding is preferred

Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Injection Molding Operator

In-depth knowledge of injection molding processes, equipment, and materials

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Solid understanding of quality control principles and practices

**Other Details**:
Shift - Night Shift

Shift Timing - 8PM to 8AM

Salary - Rs. 25,000 - 28,000 per month

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
