**Job Description ****:
Overall exp - 12-15 years in IT & Min 7 years exp as Program Manager/Delivery Manager handling multiple projects & well versed with Program management & Delivery process.
- Prior exp working on:
.NET full stack, Integrations + Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) & Data related programs
- Lead the planning & implementation of projects & programs
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, & deliverables
- Define project tasks & resource requirements
- Participate in RFP process & Solutioning
- Manage project budjet, resource allocation & track deliverables to closure
- Exp working in Agile - Scrum, Kanban & usage of Agile tools
- Monitor & report on progress of projects & communicate with stake holders
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Experience in planning, scheduling, risk & people management process.
- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
- Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
- Resolve projects’ higher scope issues
