**Job Description: Operations Field Officer (Security Guard Company)**

**Experience: 2-3 Years.**

**Salary: 20,000/- to 35,000/-**

**Location: Kharadi**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Operations Management**: Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day field operations of security personnel, including scheduling, deployment, and assignment of duties. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client requirements. Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, address issues, and provide support to field staff.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their security needs and expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns. Collaborate with clients to develop customized security solutions and address any issues or challenges that may arise.
- **Team Leadership and Development**: Lead, motivate, and mentor security personnel to ensure a high level of performance and professionalism. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and capabilities. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to promote continuous improvement and career advancement.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**: Ensure that security operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Take corrective action as necessary to address non-compliance issues and mitigate risks.
- **Emergency Response and Crisis Management**: Coordinate responses to security incidents, emergencies, and crisis situations. Develop and implement emergency response plans and protocols to ensure the safety and security of personnel and property. Serve as the incident commander and liaise with external stakeholders, such as law enforcement and emergency services, as needed.
- **Resource Management**: Manage resources effectively to optimize efficiency and minimize costs. Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of equipment, vehicles, and other resources necessary for security operations. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies to support field activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and security management software.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
