**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and target potential customers in the field through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations to promote and sell the company's products to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-up and communication.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to current and potential clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and sell to customers.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide customers with valuable insights.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and product feedback.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and market trends.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:

- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing to align on promotional strategies and share customer feedback to improve product offerings.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to identify opportunities for product positioning and competitive advantages.
- Provide valuable insights into customer needs and preferences, contributing to product development and sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in field sales, ideally in the Cab Industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to demonstrate products to customers.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience with travel industry.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer base.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills

Pay: ₹20,992.07 - ₹35,685.27 per month
