Req**:12+ yrs - Extensive knowledge of various automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit, and more - Proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or Ruby. You should know how to write and maintain test" - Define testing approach, methodology suitable for program/project. Develop automation strategy covering scope of automation, tool techniques and skills required. - Experts in test framework design based on the testing objective and technology used - Coordinate with development team to ensure testing strategy aligns with the development approach, and the automation is integrated into the development process - Sshould monitor the automation results and define the startegy to maintain the automation scripts and framework to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency - Should train and mentor the testing team on the automation framework, tools, and technologies - Should integrate the test framework with other tools and technologies used in the project, such as CI/CD tools, test management tools, and issue tracking tools along with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Travis CI. - "Should know how to generate test reports and metrics using tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, or TestRail. - Track a clear and concise statistical and metric-based reporting of testing progress including reports and dashboards:" - Test Data Management - Should be skilled in managing test data for your automated tests, including generating test data, creating test data sets, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. - Knowledgeable in industry best practices for test automation, including test design patterns, test maintenance, code management, and collaboration with development teams. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as person will be working closely with various stakeholders such as developers, testers, business analysts, and project managers - Should be familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and know how to implement test automation within an Agile environment. - Good to have program or project speific domain understanding, this will help designing the optimal solution - Should be familiar with cloud testing concepts and tools such as AWS Device Farm, Sauce Labs, and BrowserStack - Should stay up-to-date with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, and blockchain. Person should be able to evaluate the impact of these technologies on the testing process and recommend /suggest accordingly to sr. management or product team **Mandatory Skills Required**: - Excellent communication skills having ability to engage effectively with external and internal stakeholder - Knowledge Sharing; Upskill & Reskill of team members; Mentor to team - Minimal Execution Time; Optimised execution result Analysis time; Accuracy of Analysis; Fixing of recurring failures; Stability of scripts - Innovative ideas & its implementation with project and extend to other teams - Adaption & implementation of already existing innovations OR Best Practices
